The time for action has come. Over the next few weeks we shall be holding a series of gatherings in Bristol as a means of creating our first communities. If you would like to join us- consider yourself invited

Monday Nov 24th -
is our formal launch. People with an interest in Earth Abbey from Bristol and beyond have been invited to hear about this new concept in community. Chris Sunderland will give a talk entitled ‘Introducing Earth Abbey’. The meeting will incorporate the AGM of our host charity, Project Agora.
7.30pm. The Hiley room, Broadmead Baptist Church, Lower Union St BS1.
Those who are interested in actually joining the community may prefer to come to the two other meetings being held in the days following, one in the North of the City and one in the South.
During these evenings we will explore together
the concept of Earth Abbey
what it means to be a member
the formation a local Earth Abbey community.

It is one of the most exciting new approaches to the issue of what faith can bring to the environmental movement that I have ever seen.
